How do I take advantage of free shipping?
With our Free Shipping option, we cover shipping up to $10 on orders over $100. We package & ship your order in the most cost-effective way possible. While this may take a little extra time for delivery, it does give you the best possible price. (Need it faster? Upgrade to faster shipping for a small charge.) Make sure to enter code FREESHIP at checkout for the discount to be applied!
* Please note that some items may not be eligible for Free Shipping due to their weight or cost, and that Free Shipping is only available in the United States. We cannot ship orders to multiple addresses using the Free Shipping coupon.
Why was I charged sales tax?
Our shipping address is located in the state of Georgia. For any orders that are to be shipping to an address in Georgia, we are required to collect sales tax on those items. We do not collect sales tax on shipping charges.
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
We accept returns or exchanges on online orders within 14 days of order delivery. For a return or exchange to be authorized, the item has to be in brand-new condition, and you have to contact us for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #) for your return or exchange to be valid.
We cannot accept returns on any opened or used models at this time, and cannot accept returns on any underwear singles, packs or sleep sets due to hygienic reasons at this time.
If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e.- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 20% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from your refund.
Any packages returned to use marked "Refused" "Undeliverable" "Unable to Forward" or "Return to Sender" will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any items returned to us in damaged or used condition will be subject to up to a 50% restocking fee on that item.
